청소하시는 직원이 부족해서 방 정비하는데 너무 오랜시간이 걸렸어요. 데스크 직원분들도 밀려오는 민원에 지치셨지만, 안내는 친절했습니다. 하지만,위치가 보문단지 안쪽이다보니 접근성이 불편했어요. 보문단지내 숙소는 역시 보문호 보이는 메인리조트나 호텔을 추천합니다.

말도안되는 시설..

성수기라서 적당한 가격에 호텔을 알아보던중이었고... 다른 켄싱턴도 가봤지만 경주켄싱턴은 옛날 한화리조트 구건물을 사서 리모델링을 한거같은데 바퀴벌레...가...2마리나....ㅜ ㅜ 에어컨은 옆이 벌어져서 온갖먼지가 드나들고 어디서중고를사다가 설치한건지 ..벌어진옆에틈으로 새까만 먼지가 그대로있어서 안틀기엔 너무더운 폭염 날씨여서 참았네요. 화장실 수건은 하얗게보이지만 씻고니 하얀 먼지가 ㅜ ㅜ 머리고몸이고 그대로 뭍어나네요. 베게커버도 더러워서 오자마자 침구확인하고 하나교환했어요... 너무 시설이 노후가심하고 복도식 통로도 바깥쪽은 바닥이 꺼질듯말듯...안전의위험도 불안합니다. 조식먹고들어오는데 카드키가 전혀먹히지않아서 옆에 청소하시는 여사님께 부탁해서 다른직원이오게했네요. 리조트 4성급이...이정도 라니...너무실망이고 화가납니다.
