We had a lovely 3-day stay at this cozy hotel right across from Estes Lake—and the views were absolutely stunning! The patio area was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings. It really added to the charm of the place.
The room was clean and equipped with great amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and 24-hour tea/coffee service in the lobby, which we appreciated a lot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
There were a few downsides to note:
• No housekeeping service during our 3-night stay (though they did provide fresh towels and toiletries daily).
• Breakfast was pretty average—not bad, just basic.
• Some parts of the property and room felt a bit dated and could use some upgrading.
Still, because of the warm hospitality, unbeatable views, and convenient in-room features, I’d definitely consider staying here again. A few improvements and it could easily be a 5-star experience!
