uncomfortable stay, seriously low rent

Really a low rent motel. no ice buckets, one ice machine located outside behind the motel, dangerous area, and moldy ice machine. Just an uncomfortable stay.

Just horrible conditions

I actually walked into my room, saw the dark, dusty bedding with holes, saw the rusted refrigerator, and then finally a roach, AND THAT WAS A WRAP!!

We checked in got to the room it was nothing like the pictures on the Internet . The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and mold. We found mold growing around the tub. There was a hole in the ceiling . Cigarette burns on the comforter. We asked for a refund bc we developed breathing issues due to the mold. We were not granted one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful, didn’t stay!

As a mom traveling with 3 daughters, it was not a place to stay! We found hair in the bed, stains on the sheets, room wasn’t cleaned and we looked at 3 different rooms, yuck! It smelt like a combo or cigarettes and weed all over the property. Management on site wore his house slippers to come see what the problem was on the bedding and it did NOT bother him one bit!

Stained pillow, mgr just offered to get a bigger pillow case to wrap around it.
Hair on the first bed, 3rd bed the manager pulled it off and said, “It’s fine now”
I’m not really sure what was in the ceiling.

This hotel was old, run down, and dirty. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The room had stains and marks on the floors and walls leaving you to wonder if it was dirty or just needed remodeled. The bedding was mismatched and had holes that appeared to be cigarette burns in it. The room had an ingrained smell of old cigarettes.

When I arrived at the room, there was no room available, but I already paid for the stuff was pretty unfriendly about it. I became very upset and then I started complaining. The clerk pulled a gun on me.

Walked in room was dirty floor .Tub dirty,sink and counter,two dirty used washcloths on counter beside sink with literally dirt on them .Shower curtain mold and dirt most all motels has new shower curtains .Sheets filthy spreads had big burn holes from either weed or cigarettes smoke .I smelled weed being smoked later in the evening .I am 65 have asthma ,diabetic type two,orher health issues . Nice Staff though other than that . Also no where to hang clothes .

1st room we got we had to change rooms cause the roof was leaking. But we were moved immediately and gave us another room brought us an extra towel the ac worked perfectly.Water was hot. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. The guy at the desk was friendly. Close to alots of things. I would definitely stay again. Family friendly. Pet friendly we had a good stay all the way around.

Very friendly front desk. Good coffee in the morning. Beds are a bit weird, making metal sounds when sitting down on them. But other than that really okay.

I did not know the current manager, she is a WINNER!!! Alana is professional, kind and keeps the facilty like a five star property. The room staff Charlene, is beyond excellent. She and Alana meet your every need! Kenny is wonderful with the best coffee ready daily! Glad you are back! Also, Jerry is fantastic too! So friendly and helpful. The owners have an outstanding LEADER in Alana and her team. She knows how to run a hotel! I have been in customer service all my life! We have stayed here before, it is better than ever! I hope Alana is recognized for taking this property to the next level! I have shared with all my friends here and out of state! I hope i do not price myself out of a room with such great service! Ha!
