a bad experience
This hotel may have a management problem, and really don’t like their staffs defensive mechanism. They blame the customer first instead of checking it.
I ordered airport pick up service for my friend and breakfast take away next morning when I checked in. But they totally forgot! When I called the reception, the receptionist blamed me that I didn’t order it first. I saw the girl help me checked in wrote down details on the paper with my check in details.
Although they are nice when you are checking in, and call u to ask whether you need dinner, the thing I met really made me will never choose them again.
Btw, I choose this is because compared to hotels near by, they have lift. But the lift actually broken the next morning...
