Fix The Gym
Great location, however they advertised for a gym and when I went to the gym every piece of equipment was broken, and the room was dirty. It looked like the place belonged to a junkyard. No one had attempted to clean or fix the equipment in years. The room where I stayed was clean, and the daily included breakfast was excellent. The customers service was excellent.

1 night stopover in Accra
The best thing with the hotel is that it's very close to the airport and very nice staff. Fine buffet at the hotel restaurant. The room looked old and quite hard bed but haf a good night sleep. Overall the hotel is ok, but looks like it could use renovation

Welcome in Ghana by Airport View Hotel
The stay at the airport view hotel in Accra was overall very pleasant. The staff was very forth-coming and helpful during all times. With even the free shuttle service form kotoka international airport our stay in Accra started on a smooth note. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff greeted us warmly and helped us through everything with great support and friendliness. The accommodation itself was comfortable and had everything you needed. The cleanliness could have been a little bit better, but overall it was okay. My stay at the airport view hotel was definitely a good start for my travels in Ghana and If I happen to stay in Accra again I would definitely book with them. Kudos to the great staff.

Hotel is near the airport and is very convenient to those passing by Accra in transit. if you are in Accra for business, other options in Downtown might be more convenient. check in took 15 min, and you have to wait in a waiting area next to the reception. Staff are kind. breakfast need more international items.

The lady at check in was horrible. She does not deserve to work there as receptionist - rude and arrogant. I hope the property managers do not allow such individuals as forefront. Also, this is the highest fees I have ever payed for this hotel, yet no breakfast included. This is terrible. I will never book a hotel via Expedia because of the unexpected high fee. Despite that , no breakfast included. I almost feel like asking for part of my money back. I am disgusted and disappointed

This Property is Dated and very much in need of renovation. If they could have the 4-star rating removed and downgraded to a 2.5 or 3-star hotel, then it would more than likely meet customer expectations.. this hotel is in very poor condition. And should be inspected by Expedia or any other rating authority as soon as possible. I will not waste my time typing all of the things that are wrong with this property because I am sure that others have done a good job of describing some of the issues with this poor property. However, I have never expected to pay for an executive suite and find a room with no sitting area or separate room as you would expect in any other hotel that uses the word Suite to describe the expected room. Nor would I ever expect to open the curtain in the "Executive Suite Room" and have it look into a Brick wall on the 2nd floor. This is definitely a one-time stay and never again hotel.

Friday evening they have events in the 3rd floor dining room. The music is quite loud. Not convenient for eating at the buffet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We paid for an extended stay, but several times during the day someone would come knock on the door and be surprised or unaware we had paid to stay longer.
