A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? NEVER go back to that place and I don’t understand how Expedia doesn’t check the quality of those places or un least you can demand some levels or standards too meet to get the right before you ad them to your list. Very, very disappointed.
