Great place to stay at a great price.
Always a wonderful place to stay! A well taken care of resort with good amenities at a great price. The only negative thing I’ve experienced here is finding a scorpion in my towel. This resort is built in nature and I figured that’s a possibility. But always great time here!

Ok place but wasn’t a good overall experience
Cute tiny cottages but we had a few issues. At check in they have you go to the concierge to get your parking pass. They could easily give you the parking pass at same time as your room keys but this gives them a chance to try and talk you into signing up to listen to a 90 minute pitch about their properties. No thank you… not interested. Next the heater wasn’t working in our cottage. Maintenance did come pretty quick to fix it. Third issue the sheets did not fit the bed. Just sitting on the bed the corners of the sheet popped off. The main reason you stay at a place is to sleep so the bed should be setup correctly. Called front desk to ask for a new sheet but got voicemail twice. Didn’t get a new sheet until next day when we stopped into front desk to ask for one. Fourth item was the coffee pot made coffee but it was cold. Had to put it in microwave. Mentioned our concerns at checkout but staff didn’t seemed concerned and just said sorry we’ll have those issues looked into. Positives were that the cottages are nice and private. Kitchen was great. Bathroom tile shower was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Couch was not. Overall it may work for some but we will not stay again.

Quick stay
We enjoyed our stay, really enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area. Units are small mobile homes, the one we had was very nice, right near pool. Perfect stay.

Comfortable, relaxing stay. Budget friendly.
I would rate our overall stay at 4.5 stars, not 5 for some small issues that a 5 star would not have. Tub wall too high because it used to be a jacuzzi tub but now the jets have been glassed over, carpet needs cleaning(not vacuuming), couch was very hard but it was a pullout bed. Staff is outstanding, grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. Location is just outside Sedona so it would be great during those busier times of year. Will absolutely book this place again.

Beautiful resort.
Beautiful resort. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Except the roll out bed, it was very uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. Also I recommend to have the cottage pre-heated in winter prior to guest arrival.

Cozy little cabins
We had a great experience and would definitely come back. The cabins were so cute and felt very private compared to a regular hotel. We did not use many of the amenities since it was very cold out but they all looked great. Would definitely recommend.

Little disappointed
Property very clean check in staff pleasant For Sedona pines however Didn’t like having to speak briefly with time share salesman to get parking pass for our room that had a designated parking spot didn’t like being a couple no kids put right across the way from the playground and pool would have made more sense put a family with child closer to that and put us in the rear of property or at least asked us had requested 2 xtra pillows with the reservation asked a 2nd time after arriving and not seeing pillows told they would drop off never recd pillows also thought little wierd housekeeping put a large blue bag of supplies on our patio before we checked out at 11am

Good quiet out of town option for a Sedona stay
This property is located about 8 miles outside of Sedona business district so you have to dive to Sedona to enjoy the shops and restaurants. On the bright side, the property is quiet and affordable and a great value for a stay in Sedona. Our cottage was spacious and well equipped for a couple to stay.
