Boa opção de estadia em Roma
O apartamento que ficamos o número 1 fica quase no rés do chão, então ao chegar encontramos um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, o que depois percebemos que podia ser da rua enquanto a janela ficou aberta. O prédio como todos em Roma é muito antigo e a porta principal que é enorme e pesada, faz um barulho horrível e quando bate a porta é estrondo. As escadas também fazem barulho. O quarto é bom, com um bom tamanho, tem frigobar. O banheiro tem o chuveiro muito pequeno e apertado para pessoas mais gordinhas, deve ser um horror. A localização é ótima, bem perto do Vaticano e perto da estação de metrô Otaviano. Tem ótimos restaurantes e mercados.

Cama confortável, chuveiro ok! Recepção do hotel muito ruim, super pequena. Chegamos 20 min antes do horário do check in e não tínhamos onde sentar para esperar, também não nos permitiram ir antes para o quarto. Localização boa. Quarto estava com o rodapé solto.

Room at Star Vatican
The room was updated and bathroom was large and clean. The building was old, lobby area was run down and dirty which made it undesirable. It is hard to tell what you’ll get in Rome since hotels operate in residential buildings. We only stayed one night so it was fine but I would not return. Location is close to Vatican and other areas and convenient to bus and Metro.

Be aware of different locations if renting 2 rooms
The girl checking us in was not very friendly… and we booked 2 rooms thinking they would be together and we were at different locations.

Disturbing noises and the feeling of no privacy
The location is good and the room is ok BUT there is a small hallway outside all of the rooms with a tiny tiny ”reception” area. We could hear everything from there while inside our room. How the receptionist was clicking her pen, getting texts, and talking on the phone. It felt like we had no privacy at all. Too expensive for what you get.

Grei og rolig beliggenhet i forhold til Peterskirken og Vatikanstaten. Fint rom og bad, men elendig personell som tydelig viser at de ikke er interessert i kontakt. Hadde 3 overnattinger og var uten dusjsåpe og shampo hele tiden, selv om vi sette ut flasken, så ble den ikke fylt opp. Vi var 14 dager på reise i Italia og dette overnattingsstedet hadde det desidert dårligste aircondition-anlegget. Kjølte veldig dårlig og støyet noe voldsomt.

Camera con stile e accessori moderni. Situata in una bella zona non troppo distante da città del Vaticano. Unica critica è che la doccia non scaricava bene. Tutto il resto ha funzionato benissimo.

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Service
We started our stay by checking in remotely with the help of the hotel service, who provided us with the door code. For the first two days, we were given a small room. We accepted it, assuming that was our only option. However, the room was cramped, especially with a crib placed haphazardly in the path. The crib was old and uncomfortable for our baby, so we had to let him sleep in our bed. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The worst issue was the air conditioner. It was old, emitted a dusty odor, and was extremely loud. Sleeping was difficult, but with temperatures reaching 37°C, we had no choice but to use it. On the second night, around midnight, we had to turn off the AC so the baby could sleep, but afterward, we couldn’t turn it back on. We had to call the service due to the intense heat. They offered us a new room, and to our surprise, it was bigger, even though it was the same package and cost as the first room. It’s frustrating that they initially placed a family with a crib in such a small room. The second room was better in size, but the bathroom and AC had the same issues. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families or for people who have trouble sleeping with a noise like a truck in the room. The only good things were the helpful and available service, and the convenient location close to restaurants, transportation, shops, Vatican City, etc.
