Beautiful quiet hotel in great location to beach and shops/restaurants. Breakfast was awesome and restaurant really lovely. Very accomodating friendly staff. Only negative is the suite with pool doesn’t have the best view of the ocean. Can be seen but not as nice as other rooms. Would definitely stay again. We loved Nusa Lembongan

The water was cold for the first two days, and then we had brown water coming from both the shower and the bath. Given the high price we paid for the accommodation, this was definitely not what we expected. Unfortunately, they weren’t willing to offer a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience.

This was probably one of the nicest resorts I have stayed at. We booked a double room - room 19. We were at the top close to the adults pool & pool bar. Room was large, clean & the outside bathroom is gorgeous. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was included and you could choose 2 items & drinks off the menu which was great value.

Hôtel très moyen et vieillissant. Service nul
L’hôtel est entretenu mais vieillissant. Tres escarpé il ne convient pas aux personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer. Le service est loin d’être à la hauteur et froid. Pas d’eau dans la douche le premier soir mais heureusement cela a été corrigé La salle de bain et les toilettes en extérieur donnent sur un chantier de l’autre côté de la rue. Nous avions les ouvriers qui surplombaient les toilettes et la douche. Seule excuse donnée par la réception « nous n’y pouvons rien mais nous ferons des travaux pour cacher le chantier après votre départ » un comble !!!! Aucune excuse et aucun geste commercial. Même une bouteille d’eau purifiée a été facturée. Dernière chose évitez de prendre le transfert du port du pont jaune avec l’hôtel, le nôtre est arrivé avec plus de 20 mn de retard. Bref service inexistant et hautain.

Beautiful resort with stunning views
Batu Karang is a beautiful resort that exceeded my expectations and allowed for a very relaxing stay. The staff are all extremely friendly. The location is stunning with views over Jungbutbatu beach which is only a short stroll away, and crystal clear turquoise waters. The resort is on a steep hill but staff whizz you around on golf buggies. Our room with a plunge pool was lovely and had similarly stunning views although was frustratingly next to a large building site. The interior was luxurious and very nicely designed and the bed very comfy. The only small cons would be one small bin per room based in the bathroom, limited breakfast drink options - only one tea, coffee or juice included, and minimal furniture on the larger decking area. But these are very small cons. Overall we loved our stay here and would love to come back in future.

We will definitely come back! Our honeymoon was made extra special with our own plunge pool, friendly staff, and couples massage. There is a whiskey bar downstairs. The chefs made the most delicious food, and from our room we looked down at the hydroponic crops below. We loved the vines growing over our balcony roof, providing a cool retreat. We absolutely love the Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa.

Such a fabulous hotel. We loved our room and outdoor bathroom and the stunning surrounds and gardens, as well as the 3 pools. The staff were so kind and friendly. The a la carte breakfast was beautiful and we enjoyed eating at The Deck and having a drink at the Howff bar on the water. The views here can not be beaten plus we could walk to a lot of nearby restaurants.
