We arrived late at night and were told that the room we booked was not available. The hotel put us in a different room, but then informed us that the pet fee was $50 instead of the $25 stated on their website. We were told we could cancel the reservation if we didn’t like it, but given the late hour, we had no real choice.
The extra sheets provided in the closet for the sofa bed were covered in hair, which was very disappointing. Breakfast was also one of the worst we’ve experienced—there was no working coffee machine, which made it even more frustrating.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and the experience felt poorly managed.
