As soon as we got there and saw the room, I called the front desk & asked for a refund but I booked it online & was refused. Bring your own PILLOWS!! The whote limp lumps were flat and pathetic. No coffee pot and coffee at the office isn’t available until 6 AM! FLIES in the bathroom. Very Very hard to get to. We missed our turn & had to go to Edgerton before we could turn around!!! Approx. 7 miles there and back. The road is very confusing and we had Google Maps!! The window wand pull kept flapping every time the heater came on and I kept thinking someone was breaking in!! Finally figured it out. Would not recommend it or ever stay there again. This is my 1st Bad review but I wish I knew these things before booking it.

Efficient, affordable

The staff were, to a person polite, friendly, efficient, and professional. Walkable to Walmart, Walgreens ,Cracker Barrel, Culvers. If l need to stay in Janesville again, I WILL stay here! Thank you staff!, Gary

Requested a ground floor room with reservation. Arrived to be told that they just gave away the last ground floor room. I had to carry belongings for a 4 night stay upstairs. No apology

Terrible motel. I'm handicapped and use a walker they had no 1st floor rooms due to people living in the first floor units. Police were busting someone when we arrived. 2 different rooms tv didn't work in either one. Don't stay here.

Good place to sleep for a night. Staff were very friendly, rooms a bit dated and tight, weird with bed right next to AC. Not the greatest surrounding area.
