Awesome staff. Helpful and friendly. We had the club package. The club room with breakfast, drinks and snacks was awesome. Dont bother with a ocean view. It doesnt rain for months in the winter, and windows on the sea side are impossible to keep clean. Bartenders are friendly and take great care to make you happy. Very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was great. No complaints. very clean And Ricardo gave us some recommendations of area. Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. Also restaurant staff extremely accommodating with my food allergies. we reserved a room with ocean view and we got it. Just wished outside of windows was a bit cleaner but still a great hotel. Public beach right in front as well.

Excellent all around

The intercontinental ion the whole was very nice. The toilet in my room broke 3 times and we had to change rooms. They moved us to a lower level room and only comped us 1 free breakfast. My kids room air conditioner was not working correctly throughout the stay, their room was damp and musty. All their bedding and clothes were wet. I paid a high price for my rooms and was informed that breakfast was not included as others staying there was upon arrival.
