Los Pilares er et meget flot hotel i klassisk stil med patio, rooftop terasse og fantastiske planter! Jalatlaco var den perfekte belliggenhed i Oaxaca, med mange skønne caféer og kunst lige ude for døren. Vi nød vores ophold og lange weekend i Oaxaca. Tak endnu engang.

Our second time at this hotel, and really, it felt like being with family. We love this place, a little jewel walking distance to the town center, and to great eateries nearby.

Lovely property with clean basic rooms. Rooms surround a courtyard like area on the main floor and a covered area on the second floor where there is a fantastic restaurant (the food, service and ambiance were all great) and a small pool and lounging area. Hotel was a perfect place to have as a base for walking the tourist areas of Oaxaca and accessing transportation for attractions farther away. The staff in the hotel are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was quickly and thoroughly cleaned every day, and the front desk team was always available to lend a hand and provide guidance. If I was asked for one thing that would have made my stay more enjoyable, I would suggest that the plumbing be upgraded to ensure hot water in the shower would come more quickly and remain at a stable temperature; however, this was just a minor annoyance. Would recommend to anyone looking for clean, accessible and basic accommodations with fantastic service and food.

No funcionaba la terminal de Amex para el check in y la respuesta de la recepciinista fue que no me daria habitación, con tono con falta de amabilidad y de buscar uns solución, de un problema de ellos. En la habitación no había acondicionador en la habitación. La recepciinista estaba cansada, creo que les falta personale, el recepcionista de la mañana serio, no dan recomendaciones . Las opciones de huevos al gusto pocas y el mesero te respetia lo que había no más, unos huevos a la mexicana no se podía. muy ruidoso, si estacionamiento a 20 metros con una alarma que sonaba varias veces en la noche

El hotel es muy bello, sus habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Sin embargo, a las 5 am hay mucho ruido, el agua tarda 5 minutos en salir caliente. Al abrir la puerta de la habitación en PB se encuentra uno con la ropa de cama y toallas sucias de las habitaciones en el piso lo que no es agradable. Si corrigen estos aspectos la estancia sería perfecta.

Great hotel, with excellent service, and very clean. The veranda and swimming pool in the second floor are beautiful. My only concern was the WiFi service inside my bedroom. Is not located in downtown but close enough to walk, and the taxi ride is 10 minutes long. It is in a safe neighborhood with restaurants, art shops, and fun stores around it. I recommend Los Pilares hotel.

Good stay
Nice hotel, room is not sound proof but was beautiful and clean. Staff is courteous. The restaurant serves fantastic Shakshuka eggs. The courtyard space is beautiful and so is the rooftop jacuzzi. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Very close to the beautiful Santo Domingo church.

The rooms were lovely and it felt like you were in Mexico. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful and the rooftop pool was refreshing to cool off but there wasn’t always shade. The area is filled with restaurants and the streets are covered in artwork. Great hotel and great location.

Great hotel! A short walk to the centro. The pool and lounge areas were wonderful. Unfortunately my husband and I got sick while on this trip but the staff spoke good English and were great about directing us to a pharmacy. A perfect place to stay!
