Average hotel. (not sure how its a 5*)
We really enjoyed our trip to Rome. The only things I could feed back to the hotel are: - I was expecting a bigger hotel room, (the photographs make the rooms look really big but in reality they're small) - The bed sheet wasn't very soft so I wasn't very comfortable in bed. - The shower was tiny and the water is VERY hot. The shower door folds inwards too making it really hard to get in and out. To make matters worse, it's easy to accidentally knock the temperature dial and the water is boiling hot, its dangerous! - Whilst there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, there was no milk. I asked at reception if there was any milk available, they said they would have to charge 5 Euro. So I didn't have a hot drink in the room! - This isn't hotel specific, but bare in mind there's a city tax now at 10 Euro, per person per night. Overall a lovely stay but next time I will try a different hotel. I'm not sure how it constitutes to a 5 star hotel. It was very average.

Eu recomendo!
A nossa foi muito boa, o hotel fica muito bem localização, fizemos tudo a pé. Os funcionários são super gentis, a limpeza boa, cama confortável. Tomamos café da manhã italiano, uma delícia e bem servido. Único ponto seria um chuveiro melhor. Vale muito a pena hospedar nesse hotel.

It is not a 5* hotel
The hotel is not what they advertising. And most of all is NOT a 5* establishment. We have been given room with the jacuzzi in and when filled up with water all sort of dirt came out of the nozzles. No separate shower available. As for 5* hotel you would expect to have standing shower and other combinations. We have complained to the reception but there was not much help and above all no other rooms avaliable. We have been ofer a new room on the next day, but also this room needed some serious improvement ig skirting boards, shower head full of lime scale, worn mirrows, extraction unit rusty and dusty. Both rooms were tired and need some upgrading if they want to call themselves a 5 star boutique hotel. Dont full yourself with rating, definetly not worth the money.

Worst noise of all time - do not stay here.
They never answered when we asked about airport transport though it was promised. The ”spa” aka sauna and a hot tub cost a lot? Unheard of and ridiculous. But absolutely worst part is the noise. Don’t let them put you to the low floors on the street side - the noise is unbelievable. We went to sleep in the toilet! i am not joking: we actually dragged the mattress to the toilet at the dead of night because even with professional earplugs, it was impossible for anyone to sleep. We asked to change rooms but they ”didn’t have any available” until the next day. We are sure they lied. They couldn’t even order us a taxi to take us to the airport, even when we requested it the night before and there is no transport by the hotel though they claim they do. It’s just very expensive, and nothing given in return - all is ugly, tiny and even wifi doesn’t work all the time. Please believe the bad reviews - it really is that bad. We’ve travelled very much and this is by far the worst experience of all time given we didn’t sleep at all one night and we still paid like a lot per night. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Tres bon Hôtel
Hotel bien situé avec une tres belle terrasse. Chambre confortable et propre, un peu bruyant côté rue. Le service et le personnel est parfait. Il manque juste pour le prix, des produits frais au petit déjeuner (jus de fruit, pain...) et ce n'est pas vraiment un buffet. Globalement les tarifs du restaurant sont un peu excessif, mais la terrasse se paye. Le spa est petit mais agreable, des produits de douche et savon noir pour le hammam seraient apprécié.

Hotel is located in central area of attractions, buses, taxi and walking. Great selection of restaurants within walking. We had booked a superior double room and was upgraded. The upgrade, I think was a bit larger than what we had originally reserved. The upgrade room: pillows quite flat, bed ok, air conditioning could not be adjusted so room was at 23.5 c, no hot water in shower and opaque windows that looked out a tiny courtyard that had noisy smelly mechanical equipment so we did not open windows. Maybe we should have kept what we had originally book. No luggage racks in room and one bedside table lamp. Rest of hotel was nice, breakfast area and roof top dining was wonderful. Friendly and courteous staff. Twice we needed a cab, staff reserved for us and cab arrived on time.

5 stjerner for beliggenhet sentralt til alle severdigheter. Vi fikk oppgradering fra standard rom til superior rom, uten at det bedret lydisolering mot gaten. Det var støy hele natten. Forklaring fra hotell var at de ikke kunne gjøre noe pga bygget er vernet. Kun et lite vindu mot gaten, ingen utsikt da det var altfor høyt plassert oppe på veggen. Rommet er i ok stand med parkett på gulv og store marmorfliser på bad. Det er veldig lytt fra gangen pga marmorfliser i gangen også. En hører hver minste samtale ute på gangen, og når vaske personalet begynner dagen 06:20 så blir en vekket. Rengjøring var ikke helt på topp, bossbøtten ble ikke tømt noen dager og jeg fant levende tusenbein på gulvet under sengen. Hyggelig personnell i bar og restaurant (frokost ) God mat av av høy kvalitet. Ekstra pluss for at vi kan sitte ute å spise! Flott terrasse på taket med planter og rennende vann.

Bon emplacement
Bonne localisation, mais les chambres sont fatigués. Le lit n’est pas confortable, la salle de bain est usée et les serviettes ne sentent pas très bon. Le personnel du restaurant est très gentil et le choix de petit déjeuner est grand.
