Okay.
It was a room above a small pub. Very good breakfast, decor from 1985, tea and coffee not replenished, no teaspoon. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Overpriced.

Pretty good all round. Parking at the back a bit challenging.. Needed an earlier than 08:30 breakfast on the Sunday as on a medic training course from 9am; chef admirably cooked some eggs up for me, which was brill. See you again in 2 weeks.

Nice, good price for centre stay .
Just a brief solo stay to attend show at The Apex. Which is a short walk away. Also close to shops etc. It was clean, comfortable & had what I needed no frills. It is pub so there was noise but no issues for me. Nice English Breakfast 8.30am only choice.

Would be great if you stayed here after a night out. The place was in a central location, staff were great, both Khrish and Chris , it was very clean in the room and bathroom Breakfast was ok. (one choice of time on Sunday 8:30 or 8:30, instant coffee and fry up) The reason for the low mark is:- I stayed there for somewhere to sleep but the single mattress was very poor quality so I had to sleep on the pillow also because it was a pub there were people outside my window talking laughing etc then management clearing up till 1am. Also a large Aircon or heating unit on the roof outside, rumbled on and off thoughout the night

I stayed in room 1: it is very compact but the bed was very comfortable and the room was just the right temperature. There was noise from a boiler I think but after a short while, I didn't notice it. The Full English breakfast was delicious. A great value place to stay!

Had a great 2 nights stay here room was big enough and clean. A little warm but there was a fan in the room. The pair running it had only been in there 6weeks so happy with the feedback. Pub very spit and sawdust but l like that not many left but was clean, well stocked bar and seating area was nice as warm evenings. Breakfast was fab both mornings. Will stay there again definitely ✨✨✨✨✨
