APPROACH WITH CAUTION
I would like to express my concerns regarding a recent experience with the cancellation policy of your hotel. It is my understanding that typically, accommodations demonstrate flexibility in such situations, especially when a guest is facing serious health issues. In this instance, I provided relevant documentation to support my request for cancellation; however, unlike my experience with multiple other hotels over the past six months, my request was not granted.
Moreover, my interactions with your staff were not indicative of a customer-centric approach, and I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in service delivery. Throughout this period, I have successfully received full refunds from various hotels
-ranging from large chains to independent establishments-each responding positively upon receiving medical documentation.
Given the circumstances, I was unable to travel for my own safety and the safety of those around me. It is concerning that the hotel prioritized the financial aspect over the well-being of its guests, especially when the amount in question is relatively modest.
As a result of this experience, I have decided not to consider your hotel for future bookings, and I would recommend that others approach with caution as
