Location information, which has changed, and staff didnt even know their old name and phone number, messed me up spending over 2 hours to find the apartment.
Regarding the service, the staff were extremely rude and no respect. The in-house facilities were different from the information provided by the confirmation email, and therefore I called them via intercom several times. Surprisingly, they were cocky and said to their colleagues "their phone again!!" with very, very, very impolite tone. Moreover, they gave us a rolling eyes when we went to front counter for inquiries.
When it comes to the in-house facilities, the bathroom faucet was rubbish. It didn't work, no water! The other faucets were messed up too!
Overall speaking, I won't recommend you to go for this hotel. Ridiculous.
