Very disappointing for Hilton
We booked a suite as we were expecting to have our grandbaby and wanted to have a living space and bedroom. We arrived at 9 at night and the room had a musky smell and the couch had stains all over it. You would not want to sit on this couch, much less put your baby down on it. I called the front desk to complain and let them know that we would only stay that night and not 2 nights as planned due to the condition of the room. The manager was rude and stated that he was aware of the stains on the couch and there was nothing he could do about it. He also stated that "it was on us" if we wanted to leave, because we booked through Hotels.com. We did not stay the second night, but were charged for it. I think it is unreasonable when you book a room and get there and the room is unacceptable to charge the traveler. The lobby of this hotel is misleading..Looks like all the work has been in the lobby, but the actual rooms are not up to standard.
