Hotellet ligger väldigt bra, men sängarna är väldigt hårda. Polen och polbaren är mycket bra. En del lägenheter har renoverats och andra inte.

Great value for money!
Huge flat to myself with a nice balcony, so great value for money. The cleaning was ok. Only twin beds, I would have preferred a double bed, but they seem to do things that way there. Nice wooden furniture everywhere. Some very friendly clerks (Alvaro was amazing!), some less interested. The pool was great outside too. The WiFi though was awful but I guess it must be hard in such a large place. But super happy in the end.

Good hotel with good location.
Good central location. Next to the Cita center and busstop if you take the bus from the airport. Didn't try the breakfast, made my own in the kitchen. Good size balcony with afternoon sun Good size pool and good amount of sunbeds. To bad they don't remove the towels from the sunbeds. From the annoying people who leave towel on the sunbeds. And then they away all day. Taking the bed, from people who actually wants to be at the pool all day. Otherwise a good hotel I would use again

Se puede mejorar.
Necedits reforma titsl, no solo estetico, sino de mobiliarios,. La atencion del perdonal , fantásticos y el bufe de desayuno, bastante bueno, el se la cena, solo aceptable, no es una maravilla, es, para matar el hambre.

god beliggenhed flot svimmingpool pænt område.
Lejlighed vi fik tildelt var en meget dårlig beliggenhed med udsigt til grimt tag med stor støjende udsugning og dårlig lugt. Klagede og vi fik en bedre lejlighed. begge lejligheder nyrenoveret og pæne. Lejligheden vi fik først havde nr.108 alle lejligheder op til nr 112 er forfærdelige på grund af ovennævnte.

Rude unhelpful restaurant staff
Didn't cater for dietry restrictions and no allergy labelling. When we asked a simple question about if there would be some pan con tomate like they had the prvoious morning the restaurant manger became aggressive and started shouting.

Für einen ganz normalen Urlaub, völlig 👌 🆗️ OK
Obwohl das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat es noch immer einen besonderen Scharm. Die renovierten Appartements sind 👍 gut. Große Zimmer, offene Küche, großer Balkon. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster. Zentrale Lage für Events und shopping. Keine direkte Strand Lage aber man kann nicht alles haben. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt! TOP! Sehr freundliches Personal!

Tired
This is a VERY tired hotel which explains why it was one of the few with vacancies. The hallways are grim with carpets that appear dirty, unfinished work, cats eating. You get the picture. I’m guessing that its prime location, which is superb, makes this site ripe for development. I was lucky enough, I think, to get one of the renovated rooms. Spacious but redone with cheap ikea furniture. The best thing was the bed which appeared brand new. The bedspread was stained as was the couch. Merge equipment in the kitchen; no towels or dishwashing soap. The packets of shampoo and shower gel were also meagre and if poor quality.
