Hotels.com listed $50 pet fee, got there and it’s $50 deposit plus $75 fee - $125?!!
Room was ok, not very clean. Have stayed at the cheaper options in the area, assumed this place would be shoulders above them at twice the price, it’s not. Save your money.

The employees were very nice. The room was clean but the bed was like on an aluminum type box and mattress dipping in the center. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The leather on the couch and the desk chair was worn down badly.

Upon checking in they asked me to pay for the room even though I biked on Expedia and paid. Then when we got to our room, the heat wasn’t working & the toilet bowl was dirty. Called front desk & we were able to switch rooms. In the new room the furniture was very old and ripped, items that should go to the garage and not be in hotel rooms. I had to contact Expedia two times to get the double charge sorted. The hotel charged me and lied to Expedia saying they didn’t charge me. The refund came in three days after my stay and bc Expedia called them 2 times to find out why they charged me. Only then they processed a refund. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn that were more professional, cleaner, and updated. Won’t be stopping at this location again.

The room was not very clean. The floor needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom floor had dirty spots on the floor and the bathtub caulking had black mold spots. We let the desk know but the young man was the only one there and offered to go up and clean it. Instead of asking him to leave his post, I asked if I could clean it myself. So he gave me a bottle of cleaner and a Swiffer. We got it cleaned. Was disappointed that was necessary.

The suite I was in seemed really run down. The sofa and ottoman material was peeling. The tv had a terrible signal so it was difficult to watch. The furniture (desk/table) was scuffed up. The carpet seemed dirty as well. I was very disappointed. I thought Hampton Inn’s were relatively nice hotels…
