Hard spring filled beds, leaking ceiling, uneven titles, dirty floors, 420 smells everywhere, rough clientele, and dirty towels. My kids are 55lbs and 59lbs and their hips & shoulders hurt. Don’t even ask about the adults; we are wrecked. The only saving grace: the Mom and daughter are super friendly and trying their best. The elevator is super small and very scary sounding and jerking. They are under construction and all done very cheap. We gave the place a shot but all set. The other reviews make seem this place is amazing, if you need very cheap place to stay and not keen on anything special; this is it. Breakfast is not too bad but again room temp and done on the extreme cheap.

This hotel was well-rated, but they were in a full blown remodel. This was not identified at the time I booked. I looked specifically for a pool. This had one, but under construction. And so this feature was misrepresented. They seemed to be working in spaces and not in others. Our room was a King with adjoining room. The door in between was all taped off for painting. Our room was partially done. There was grout on the floor from tiling in bathroom, light fixture had paint splattered. The sink drain could not be closed to use to put in contact lens as there was no drain stem to pull the drain closed. There was no blow dryer available. There was new carpeting in the hallways, but it was not vacuumed and lots of debris from the remodel covered this carpeting. I do feel the bedding was clean and the breakfast was decent. Could hear lots of noise above during the night. The hotel staff were very polite and tried their best to make lemonade out lemons. 2 stars is probably a very generous review.

The room was clean and nice. Only one sink in the bathroom but it was clean. All supplies was there: towels, soap, etc. But the elevator was very dirty and the stairs was marked with plaster and dirt because the hotel is undergoing renovation. The staff were very kind and helpful. I haven’t eaten breakfast yet because we just arrived tonite.

Under Construction Nightmare

The hotel was under construction for renovation. They put us in a room that had blood stains on the bed and the room was dirty. I went to tell the front desk and was told they had been having problems with housekeeping and would have it cleaned when we got back. When we returned the room had not been touched. Call the front desk again and was told housekeeping was gone for the day and we can change the sheets ourselves. I asked for another room at this point and was given another room. I have pictures of the horrible conditions we were subjected to.
