I arrived late at mid-night on 11 Feb 2013. There was only one reception girl at the property. And she was not very friendly. I didnt expect there's no other staffs in a four star hotel. When I requested kettle there was no kettle, and the girl said i must get down to the lobby to get hot water myself. I was very dissatisfied. As an airport hotel I think the management should enhance service at mid-night. For the other morning, things was totally different, the reception girls were helpful friendly with great smile, the spa and wellness is very new and perfect! Taxi service to airport is good!
