The hotel is very good about enforcing boundaries for you - a late guest can’t have breakfast, the amenities promised by a staff member are overridden by a manager (maybe they should train people better) - but in no rush to fix stuff that breaks or help you. The hotel made s small gesture after much arguing but the boring decor, loud location, and tacky vibe wouldn’t attract me again.
