服務員很有禮貌，房間非常清潔。

交通方便極方便，就在捷運M3出口，酒店老舊而且管理有點粗心，3人房只有2份牙刷等，尚有進步空間

The hotel’s breakfast was very disappointing as there was not much variety, there were very limited choices of drink options which included no teabags were provided during breakfast service. Almost every year, I go to Taiwan to stay at Cosmos and I see that their breakfast buffet gets downgraded every year. Cosmos needs to address this issue immediately as I see that many of the people are, like me, very disappointed with Cosmos and its breakfast buffet.

Location is near to Taipei Main Station and convenient to shopping and to other place of the Taipei. However, not enough hangers in the wardrobe.

Floor was very wet and we found several dehumidifiers placed at corridors. Besides, bad smell caused by high humidity happened and we were uncomfortable with. At our room toilet, water leaking happened near sink area and luckily, hotel staff could fix it soonest. Otherwise, we should change hotel as overall experience was not good :( We felt very disappointed on this stay as last time, we were satisfied with overall performance.
