The Guesthouse provided us (2 people) with a very cozy and roomy mansard with kitchen and separate very big bathroom. It is located in the center of the city within 5 minutes walk from the station, close to a shopping center, 5-min walking distance from bars and cinemas, but at the same time it gives privacy and it's not in a noisy area. It suites the needs of 2 people perfectly.
Everything is clean, tidy and in very good condition, and the place has a real human touch.
The owners are very open and hospitable people, who support you with everything you need, if it's not yet present in the room. The place's got a coffee-machine (don't forget to press the STOP button though =)), basic set of seasonings, tea, kettle, microwave.
Guesthouse provides only 1 room (out of 2) at a time, so that the guests have enough of privacy and comfort.
We would definitely recommend the place and will for sure choose Gästezimmer Plänke (Biel/Bienne) as a base again ourselves.
