The hotel was beautiful - bedroom very small with little or no room around the bed but it was very pretty. However when we arrived the air on wasn’t working we reported this and staff at 2pm as we arrived - by 7 pm they confirmed the sitcom was t working at all in the building - our bedroom was 38degrees / we asked for a fan and they had none - could not sleep and ruined our anniversary. It was fixed the next day which was good- but it was so depressing I wanted to get a flight home- we were so tired that we barely did anything on the remaining day

Excellent location - we were placed in the annex which is a short walk away from the main hotel, but this worked out perfectly because we were so close to a lovely view point just a minute away (on the right of the entrance). Excellent staff. AC was not the best, sometimes it would work really well and other times would still feel a bit warm despite it being on the lowest temperature. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Our experience at Ca’ Pagan was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in they made us feel so welcome. The rooms are individually decorated in traditional Venetian style so it feels special rather than cookie cutter. The staff was next level, I cannot say enough about them. Also, they offer a great little breakfast (and yummy cappuccino) which is perfect to start your day. Thanks Ca’ Pagan for making our stay extra special!

Incredible!
This was a last minute booking for us as a treat at the end of our holiday. We stayed in one of the annex rooms! Thoroughly recommend! The service throughout has been incredible. All so lovely and helpful. The restaurant that was booked for us as a recommendation was incredible. It was predominantly a fish restaurant but well worth it. We were given a massive breakfast with a brilliant choice, sadly we couldn’t eat it all as it was so big. Meats, cheese, toast, eggs, cereals and pastries. The room was immaculate. To find fault in it is difficult….the tv didn’t work but who needs tv when you are in Venice!

Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed in the Casanova triple room. Room is on the smaller side but sufficient enough for three people to fit comfortably. Room/bedding/shower were all very clean. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and directions. Mornings you can enjoy a delicious lite breakfast inside or on the patio.

Wow, I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! Full service room cleaning daily, awesome breakfast daily, and Lia was amazing! Don’t sleep on this quaint hotel close to everything you want to see. A water taxi station is a two minute walk from the front door. Loved it here would definitely stay again!

This hotel was a short walk to the Vaparetto S. Samuele. I enjoyed how quiet it was and the amount of privacy I had. Small breakfast/coffee bar every morning was nice and the hotel staff was welcoming. Housekeeping came everyday and the room offered a small safe to secure valuables.

Fantastisk sted. Store værelser og badeværelse for Venice. Vi boede i annekset og alt var som på billederne. Stor continental morgenmad. Personalet virkelig venlige. Ligger på en stille gade i et godt område, nemt at komme til og tæt på alt. Vil helt sikkert bo her igen.

We loved our stay here. Nice rooms, nice staff, good location that was not too far from the things we were interested in. Only complaint is that on our last night an alarm in the lobby was going off all night but there was no staff there to silence it, which you could hear a little bit from the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Bonito pero fastidiaron la experiencia
Reserve dos habitaciones y al llegar nos dijeron que teniamos que pagar 40€ por late check-in y que teniamos que abonarlo en cash, como no teniamos cash suficiente, quisimos pagar con tarjeta y revisar el importe (ya que no salia en la app el importe q teniamos q pagar por late checkin) y entonces la señora empezo a ser muy borde y amenazarnos con que entonces serian 80€ (40€ por habitacion) fue muy desagradable sin motivo, al dia siguiente llamamos al propietario para revisar los 80€ que nos hacian pagar y nos dijo que si era en tarjeta serian 80€ pero si lo haciamos en cash nos lo dejaba en 50€... asi q nos parecia bastante timo todo. Es una lastima porque es centrico y las habitaciones son bonitas

Ein wunderbare Unterkunft. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer. Jeden Tag wird alles sauber gemacht. Frühstücksbüffet mit allem was man benötigt. Jeden Tag frischer Obstsalat und Gebäck. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es liegt direkt am Wasserbus-Anleger San Samuel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
