Hotel is nice, especially we selected a package incl breakfast and dinner, which is convenient.

Dampness, smaller rooms
Dampness across the corridors in hotel floors as well as toilets. poorly constructed building it seems. Food was fairly good though.
Rooms are small and poorly designed. Beds start as soon as you open the door.

An absolute hidden gem
Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. We were made part of the celebrations and even met the General Manager of the hotel (Suman, I believe) who made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Rajesh was excellent and very knowledgeable about the offerings at the hotel, and even ensured that we got a room that was convenient and comfortable for our needs. The room was well laid out and efficient. All amenities provided were of excellent quality. Rajesh went above and beyond for a special milestone birthday, and decorated the room with balloons, cards, and cake. That chocolate cake was one of the best cakes I have had and it certainly left a lasting impression. My only critique was that the bed was very firm for our taste and we often woke up with sore neck and back. The buffet breakfast was decent, but you get the same items everyday (with very minimal changes). Service at the buffet restaurant was sub par as we had to often request the same thing a few times.
Nonetheless, the overall stay was excellent and I would absolutely stay at the Le Meridien (in Gurgaon) again.
