Proche du centre
Hôtel proche du métro à 2 arrêt de manathan par contre vu sur une centtral électrique. Petit déjeuné inclut personnel gentil et réactif la tv de ma chambre fonctionnait pas ils m’ont changer de chambre , 100$ de caution , l’endroit est un quartier personnellement cela m’a pas déranger car l’hôtel est Clean , et aussi on entend ce qu’il ce passe dans les chambre d’à côté…

Localização excelente, perto do metro. O caminho do metro até o hotel é um pouco "suspeito" mas não tivemos nenhuma eventualidade. Precisa pedir para limpar o quarto.

Pretty good
Very nice. We had a group and there are rooms with private bathrooms but a joint hallway. Was perfect for the night we had planned. Not too far away for the city, Ubers were cheap.

Quality for the price
Not the nicest part of town, but the hotel itself was really nice and comfortable. We had an issue with the heater/AC in our room and they moved us with no issues at all. Convient to the F train and easy access to many NYC attractions

Pontos Negativos: Janelas com problemas de vedação, em pleno inverno de Nova York. Sem limpeza de quarto, e término de oferta de café antes do horário previsto. Região próxima o local suja e relativamente problemática. Pontos Positivos: hotel novo, limpeza, apesar do café ser limitado, fez parte da oferta, e localização próxima ao metro e de manhattan.

Good hotel, but not for families.
Hotel was clean and in good condition. Room was as-advertised. Hotels.com indicated this property as good for family stays, but it lacked some advertised amenities. We requested a crib for the room, which was not present at check-in. The breakfast was understocked and understaffed; we had to find an alternative both mornings of our stay. Location was good and I would recommend this property for solo or couple travelers.

Definition of Dissatisfaction
Here is what I have previously sent to Best Western corporate offices: aturday we concluded our visit to the Best Western Aiden at Long Island City. At no point did the management reach out to address any of the issues raised with you and them, except to mention in a chance encounter in the elevator that the wifi issue may be resolved by forgetting the network (it was not). I have already raised issues regarding noise (either external or the explosion noise from the elevator shaft), the WiFi, their plate shortage at breakfast (who runs out of plates) and the complete lack of acknowledgement while standing in ‘conversation’ at the front desk. On the last night my family, including a seven year old daughter, was subjected to a loud domestic disturbance that kept us awake again overnight and was only addressed at about 5am when the offending room was finally asked to leave by the hotel (who likely should have called the police - something they refused to do previously). I have already raised this issue with the New York City Department of Consumer And Worker Protection and plan to bring it to the state equivalent authorities and potentially the Federal Trade Commission.

Tudo novo e um staff atencioso
O hotel foi inaugurado recentemente, então toda sua estrutura é nova e bem limpinha! O hotel é próximo a estação F de metrô. O staff é atencioso, cama e toalhas de qualidade.... O hotel oferece água, chá, café, frutas e pães de forma gratuita para os hóspedes, mas infelizmente os hóspedes estão "avacalhando" tudo... Ficam estocando comida e levando para o quarto! Uma vergonha! Adorei a estadia nesse hotel!
