Rude customer service
Was accused of not entering the correct passcode for the front door by a rude proprietor when they had got my phone number wrong by 1 digit and had sent to passcode to the wrong phone number. After much deliberation and realising their mistake eventually they did apologise but the hostile attitude adopted by the proprietor was not helpful. I had thought at the time of the booking that the breakfast was included in the price. The proprietor was adament that breakfast was not included and continued with her hostile attitude and just gave us the keys for our room insisting if we wanted breakfast we had to pay for it and must let them know by 6pm. After a very tiring day we had no choice but tocomply. The hot breakfast next day was very average served on a cold plate
