I’ve traveled to many places, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The place looked nothing like the photos and was completely misleading. The moment I walked in, there was a terrible smell, and the room was dirty, gross, and unlivable. I couldn’t even stay there for a single second. I ended up having to book another hotel last minute, which cost me over $600 for just two nights because I had no other choice. To make things worse, the owner took 4 to 5 days to reply, only to say there was nothing they could do. I contacted Hotels.com since I booked through them, and even they had a hard time reaching the property. It took them 2 to 3 days just to get a response, and the result was the same. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Please save yourself your money, time, and peace of mind and do not book this place. It’s nothing like advertised, unsanitary, and the customer service is awful. Horrible, horrible experience!

Wonderful place near Airport

Wonderful experience. Wonderful, new, clean, safe, and quiet area to stay. Would definitely stay here again. TVs are Roku equipped. Only difference I would make is to have more garbage bags available as the guests struggled where to put their kitchen garbage. Bin was too small and over flowing. Also hand towels to dry hands after washing per guest and to bring to bathroom as needed.

Parking is limited save for what is available on the street in a residential area. That said, I did not experience any problems with parking during my visit. The residence was clean, comfortable, well equipped and handy to shopping. Staff attention was responsive when/if required. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms and fridge, shared kitchen with water in fridge and soap for dishes, paper towel in kitchen and bathroom is a plus, comfortable bed, 2 pillows did not have covers, driveway can fit 2 cars, 30-40 minutes away from downtown Ottawa. TV could not be used unless you had sign in codes for Crave, Netflix etc. No instructions to use remotes. No hooks for cloths or towel in bathroom. Check in was late, no details provided to get into the house. I had to call and text to get details. Overall, nice place, there is room for improvement.
