We have stopped here before and it retained its high level of comfort and service. Set in the vineyards just outside of town the surrounding view over the mountains is stunning. The room overlooking the gardens and the mountain view was large and well appointed with easy chairs, air conditioning, desk, usb charging points by the bed. The bathroom is huge, with 2 sinks, shower and bath. The pool and gardens are well kept and the pool lovely and warm. The breakfast is probably one of the best we have had with a huge selection of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cheese and meat. Great selection of juices and the the hot selection is nice and varied, from full English, wraps to smoked salmon etc. Lunch menu looked adequate though we never got the chance to actually try it out. My wife had a spa treatment which she enjoyed very much. The evening turn down service was very nice touch as well.
Few niggles about the room, a kettle is supplied but nowhere really suitable to put, the floor was the best I could find, desk supplied but no desk light so the lighting by the desk was poor, the only international plug socket was behind a chair but only niggles really.
