1. when i check in at 7:00pm, the receptionist cannot find my booking information but after 30 min she said she find it, that means she already delay my time 30 minutes. is she a new employee?
2. my booking is for 2 persons in 1 room and paid fully 2 weeks ago already, but when my friend come to check in later, the night shift receptionist (a very cool young man) ask my friend to pay extra 400,000VND room fee otherwise he will stop my friend's check in, i think this guy is trying to earn some extra money if any customer just allow to pay with ignore to explain and argue.
i would like to ask your management, what's wrong with your employees? how can you allow your employees to insult customers like this ?
