Handy for the beach
Nice apartment well located. Requested early check in but wasn’t possible arrived at 12 with luggage. Apartment being in process of being cleaned but not allowed to leave luggage in it? Finally bags left by security camera in hallway. Just 2 hrs later text came to say we could check in early? We were overall happy but suspicious of 4 sets of earplugs left for use. Upstairs apartment aircon running till 2.30 am so we had our answer. Very noisy. There was no hot water for showers or washing up. Despite a 24 hr wait for the maintainence man to arrive he said there was nothing could be done. Nothing worse than lukewarm showers. The apartment is well equipped for self catering & a Wallgreens & Triton in walking distance. Beach 2 blocks away.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour. Neanmoins, prévoir un rideau de douche plus long dans la mesure où chaque douche inonde le sol de la salle de bain. Clim un peu bruyante. Système electronique par code de fermeture et ouverture de porte assez difficile pour accéder à l'appartement. Point positif : propreté et reaction rapide de l'aide en ligne quand nous n'arrivons plis à ouvrir la porte.

I didnt like that there was not an attendant on site 24/7. Had a problem with our lock but was able to get in by figuring out ourselves. As they did not have an eta when would be fixed and had already been locked out for an hour. Other than that great stay. Would recommend providing more towels.

FULL deposit taken for a coffee table worth less than half (this site won't let me put numbers) and BANNED FROM KASA PROPERTIES I told them during our stay that a wet shirt caused a stain on the coffee table. They didn't respond for a while so I tried to get it off, but accidentally took some of the varnish off. I let them know ahead of time and was completely ready to pay for it. But table was already kinda beat up and I know for a fact you can get for that less than half the price they charged me. ALSO, why you gotta ban me and my wife?? We didn't do anything bad, just an accident. Theres people staying here that will keep you up all night but you break anything you got to pay for it and you're never welcome back. Thanks a lot.

I enjoyed the quietness of the property. The staff was very helpful I had a minor problem and they assist me quickly. The apartment felt like home, very relaxing just what I was looking forward to. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit Miami again.

+ Appartement décoré avec goût, grand, bien agencé et équipé + Proximité immédiate d’Ocean drive sans les nuisances sonores + Proximité immédiate des transports dont le bus nº100 + Bonne literie - Autant la literie et les équipements étaient plutôt propres mais gros point noir sur la propreté des sols, ils étaient tous simplement dégueulasses dans tout l’appartement - Un cafard trouvé dans le bac à douche (en provenance des canalisations ?) - Procédure de pré-check-in compliqué

For the price it barely made it, I'm sure it's double during the cool season and spring break, if I would have paid that we would have had a problem. No service of any kind in regard to linen, towels or support. Mechanically it's tired, outlet that doesn't work, funk in the building that we called on they told us to open a window sure it's only 98 degrees Fahrenheit, then said window refuse to close. If you need a place close by things to do, within walking distance of Transportation and has access to a great deal of culture this is for you, if you're looking for some place that has a great deal of interior integrity for rest? Definitely not your place
