Take note, don’t be taken by the photos , very wel
I’ll start with the room itself was clean.,asides from that the communal areas were completely atrocious ! The carpet was of a standard where you would possibly wipe your feet on the way out !! , I’m not overly sure of the rest of the rooms , but my thoughts are ?? I would definitely not recommend! I’ve been working away for 8 plus years, and this is only the second place that I have walked away from, I couldn’t even stay one night ! ( no bias no grudges just the truth) disregard the reviews ( possibly friends) how many reviews get 10/10 on , on most reviews ?? A completely honest review

Very disappointed. The overall the environment was very unclean; the corridor, bathroom etc. We were also shocked by the fact that our bathroom did not have a door and had just a white cloth. The sink tap also lacked hot water and shower is totally unusable and dirty. Overall very unhappy with the stay and would not recommend. The overall description we were given when back okimg was not met at all when we arrived. Very

Would definitely go again!
We had such a wonderful time and experience at this place! The room was very modern, well decorated, clean and spacious, with a good quality TV and we had some free amenities and snacks provided. There's a little kitchenette with a fridge which was helpful. The owner Paul is very friendly, he made every effort to keep us comfortable and told us to text him if there was anything at all we needed. He gave us some good recommendations of where to visit, he even opened the kitchen for us on a night the restaurant was closed. Highly recommend the pizza, made with traditional base. We had a garlic and cheese appetiser pizza, and we had to order another portion! Aswell as a large pizza. And the homemade jaffa cake! We had fun in the restaurant with some beers and using their boardgame selection. The hotel is also situated well situated, close to the beach, a short walk to the city centre. Fantastic value for money! Would definitely go back there anytime we stay in Swansea.

It was difficult when I arrived there was no one t I greet me when i got there and needed to ring a number the owner did come shortly after and was very nice. The room i had was pleasant enough i think the property is being renovated as a runner i found running along the sea front very nice.My room also was overlooking the sea front from my window.
