Hotels.com and Ola both let us down...
First. This was not associated with the hotel in most ways. Not a villa with the hotel. Its a house. The people at Ola hardly knew anything and referred us to AirBnB to ask questions. We booked through Hotels.com. I called Hotels.com and they just read off of the info and not of any help whatsoever. For over 4 figures a night we expected better service or some at least plus truth in the listing. Stay away from both ola and question Hotels.com for bookings. Remember they are the middleman and you can get cheaper with protection if there are problems just going to the actual place's website.

Not trustworthy
This is a newer hotel and they are still trying to work out some of the kinks. For example, we had smoke alarm beeping in the evening but they didn’t have a battery to replace. Room was clean but furniture setup was kinda weird. Walls are thin so you can hear even a normal conversation in the next room. Bathroom shower didn’t have a door or a curtain so water was splashing out making most of the bathroom floor wet. Elevator floor does not line up with each level. On the positive note, location was great, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff tried to accommodate to your needs. My biggest issue, however, is that they charged $200 deposit rather than just a holding which should have been in pending status only. I called them 3 times already and every time they acknowledge the issue but money is still not refunded. I am about to contact my credit company for help. I would never stay in this hotel again.

I stayed here back in November, I will say the pics are misleading on actual layout. It gave me hostile vibes. The heat did not work, the room was low 60s. Not to mention, I’ve yet to receive my deposit back. I even called to let them know, still nothing. I wouldn’t stay here again

For over $190 dollars a night I was on the 2nd floor with a view of a gas station. Room soundproof to outside noise but walls thin. Could hear talking and tv in room next door. The small water bottles in room were not complimentary. $3.50 each if consumed. No pool or terrace restaurant. Closed & under construction. Room tiny with no bathroom. Shower with no door next to bed. Toilet in a nook with no door next to entry door. Lobby served also as their breakfast eating place, cafe and bar. Advertised spa was located across the street at Doubletree hotel. Staff fantastic. Helpful and friendly.

The staff were super friendly and courteous! They met our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us! Although it was a very small hotel the accommodations were nice. The room we had was the smallest hotel room we have ever slept in but it worked for us! If we had to do it all over again we would stay at Ola Boutique again!

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. The only downside was how thin the walls were. It was ridiculously loud, it sounded like our neighbors were talking in the same room as us. The website said “sound proof rooms” - that was definitely not the case
