When I arrived at the location, I noticed a rolling gate was closed, so I had to call the property owner to inquire how to check in. They informed me that the nearest worker would be approximately 20-30 minutes away to check me in. Mind you, it's 36 degrees Celsius and muggy. There is no way I'm willing to wait to be checked in. I had to book elsewhere and file a transaction dispute with my credit card. Terrible experience.
