Amazing place, just not entirely what was expected
So, we ended up liking the place a lot. The room was spacious and had a jacuzzi in the patio, the owner/manager was super friendly and the breakfast (not included) was out of this world. Then why four stars? For us, this place does not live up to the name "luxury spa" mainly due to its location and environment. It IS close to the beach, but the walk there feels like walking through a parking lot. And the location, in a secluded place surrounded by high walls for security, made us feel like we were at an Airbnb rather than a hotel. I don't think any of the above is the fault of the place, but I would just say - definitely go there, but don't expect a luxury spa like you imagine a Caribbean luxury spa to be. It feels more like a Bali villa, those with high walls and in the middle of the village rather than directly on the beach. I hope this helps!

My husband and I spent a week at Pomme Cannalle. It was perfect in every way! Pauline and Jeremy assured that we had everything we needed— taxi, dinner reservations and a beautiful breakfast served to us at our suite. The room was beautiful and comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day on the beach. We hope to return soon! Oh- forgot to mention the lovely garden and pool!

Perfect choice for a couples vacation in Saint Mar
The hosts were wonderful, the location is safe and luxurious, and we enjoyed every minute of our three night stay. The suite has everything you need for a relaxing or romantic getaway. Orient beach and a number of nice restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk

I loved my stay at Pomme Cannelle. Pauline was a lovely host and provided many restaurant suggestions and beach suggestions as well. The property is quiet, and very private so it's a great spot for a quiet and relaxing time in Orient Bay which is exactly what I was looking for. I will return again.

We celebrated a 50th birthday during our stay. Pauline and Jérémie were wonderful hosts. They took care of all our needs and provided so much helpful information to help us enjoy our vacation. We had total privacy, but could text questions at any time. The daily breakfasts of freshly cut tropical fruit, home made yoghurt, granola with chocolate bits, butter croissants and chocolate croissants, fresh baguette and fresh bread, delicious French butter and jams, and juice were fabulous and appeared when we requested every morning. We are so very grateful to our hosts for making our stay so special. Our air conditioned suite had an outdoor kitchen with Nespresso machine and we drank heaps of fresh espresso (and so needed to buy our own coffee pods from the close-by gourmet grocery store) Also within easy walking distance we found excellent restaurants, the beach and friendly beach donkeys. The breakfast were so bountiful that we simply bought ourselves some beautiful French cheese at the little gourmet shop and ate that with our baguettes plus occasionally going out for a nice dinner. We enjoyed our private Jacuzzi as well as the beautiful swimming pool. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at the Pomme Cannelle Luxury Suites & Spa. The fresh, modern design complimented the beauty of the Orient Bay area in Saint Martin. I am truly appreciative of the attentiveness given by the owners. From the very moment I arrived, they welcomed me warmfully and were also there for anything I needed. The premises was quiet, chic, and very walkable to local restaurants, bars, and Orient beach. I recommend this hotel when visiting the French side of the island.

Luxe et Simplicité
Magnifique logement très bien situé... Nous avons passé un excellent moment, Pauline et Jérémy sont adorables, très disponibles pour nous guider aux alentours de Saint-Martin. Prenez le petit déjeuner ça vaut vraiment le coup, il est très copieux, c'est préparé avec soin et amour avec des produits très frais. C'est un plaisir d'avoir accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi... Les petits détails sont très appréciables, peignoirs, accessoires de bain, petites attentions à l'arrivée. Nos hôtes savent nous accueillir et ont le sens du service. Je recommande plus que chaleureusement et j'espère revenir dans ce logement à Saint-Martin prochainement.

We particularly loved the privacy of our villa, complete with an outdoor jacuzzi for our exclusive use - a perfect spot to unwind. The shared pool was stunning, with an exquisite pool deck that added to the overall luxurious feel. The location is unbeatable, with beaches and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. Overall, our experience at Pomme Cannelle was amazing. This small boutique property was nothing short of awesome! Jeremy and Pauline, the owner/hosts, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We looked forward to the breakfast of fresh local fruit and pastries that they put together for us daily. Jeremy made us fresh coffee and iced tea. They brought us fresh fruit and water by the pool. Pauline was great with recommendations for touring, beach, restaurants and even introduced us to the best taxi driver. The room was furnished with everything we needed, they thought of everything! The bed was comfortable and the room was set up for total relaxation. The gorgeous beach is just a short walk down the road, as were multiple restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend Pomme Cannelle and will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful, modern room. Gorgeous small pool. Delicious breakfast. A bit of a walk to restaurants, especially if you’re exhausted from a day of sun and swimming. No hot water. Very limited towels. It seems to be a concern on St Martin to not let guests have more than one bath and one beach towel. So, if one is already wet or dirty… too bad. Hosts are very kind and gracious. If staying, make sure you have hot water to your room and ask for an extra beach and bath towel. Neighbors next door can be noisy at night on a Friday or Saturday night.

Pauline & Jeremy!!! Fantastic warm welcome! You can tell that these owners absolutely love their guests. Too many details to mention from the private jacuzzi to concierge services provided by Pauline. Beautiful interiors, comfortable beds. Gated neighborhood 5 minutes on foot to Orient Bay beaches and restaurants. Good old fashioned bed and breakfast atmosphere. Oh!! The amazing, not-to-miss breakfast! Highly recommended.

Avons passé un excellent week-end, idéalement situé, au calme, la chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, le jacuzzi privé et la grande terrasse avec piscine sont très appréciables. Pour finir les hôtes sont serviables et discrets, en plus de proposer de réserver les restaurants ou autres prestations, ils proposent un très bon petit déjeuner ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’une prochaine visite à St-Martin
