10/10, Highly Recommend
Booked for new years with a bunch of friends. Upon arrival, the front desk ladies were super nice and treated us all as you would expect. Hotel had two elevators, and wheelchair accessible. Getting to the room was the best part; full kitchen, smart tv, a chair with leg rest, a thermostat, two high chairs in the kitchen, plenty of storage space and most of all, a nice and clean washroom. Overall I would definitely recommend this over the blue mountain resort, it’s cheap, really nice and had no issues

Great brand new hotel. My room was cute, sheets were soft & the pillow and bed was comfortable - everything I could ask for. Would stay here again next time I'm in Collingwood.

We had an awesome stay! We did a four night trip with our dogs, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly everyday. The hotel is very central… we were able to walk downtown and easily drive to pick up food etc. We also loved having a kitchen in our room, where we could make breakfast and enjoy a coffee in the morning. Thank you for making our experience a great one! We will definitely be back when in the area Jenna, Joey, Walter & Charles

Met our needs perfectly for a little getaway for a couple of days. Immaculately clean and with a kitchenette we had many options. Fridge was wonderful to have. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this gem and will definitely book Candlewood again when in the area. Used Expedia and saved enough to pay for a dinner which always helps these days. Thank you for a great stay. Staff was always friendly and courteous.

The only thing we did not like was they added a $100 on our credit card without telling us for a deposit and then tell us the next day it will be on hold for 5 days . Nothing to eat walking distance .
