Needs improvements

Place is showing wear and tare big time! 3rd floor room water damage on ceilings, walls and carpets. Elevator button on 3rd floor not working. No one told us we read a sign. Ended up having to go down stairs to get Elevator because front desk was busy. Pool had rust color at bottom and what appeared to be hair strands floating. Positive: comfortable bed and ok breakfast.

Quick overnight stay before heading home

The hotel was very clean as far as the lobby and the staff was very helpful. We did notice some very noticeable stains on the ceiling and in the shower but overall the room felt clean and the hotel was very accommodating!

Disappointing, unclean hotel.

The staff was nice and that was the extent of “good” in this hotel. The pictures online are not an accurate representation of this hotel and their rooms. The first room we got there was not clean and we had to be moved because when the toilet flushed it poured out water. Second room we were given was dirty and not kept up with. I paid over 300 for this place, looked at reviews to insure this was a good place to stay for cleanliness and it was not. It was a waste of money. Worst part was that this was supposed to be a getaway for my mom for Mother’s Day and I felt terrible because this place was very dirty and things were not kept up with. I understand a place being old but I don’t understand why it would not be clean, why weren’t things wiped down. What do most people look for in a hotel? It being clean. There was literally mold and dirt on the pictures hung up on the wall.

When I pulled in to the back driveway to come around to Check-in. There was a man standing at the back of the building peeing on the side of the building. I told the person at the front desk. And he said oh, that was our maintenance man.

This property is behind on routine maintenance. Major crack in sink countertop, walls need paint touchups, I could see daylight through the AC framing, furniture and fixtures were damaged, sink was clogged.
