Don’t expect to have wifi in this hotel. It is too weak which we can only connect in the reception. We have complained to the boss of this hotel but he seems not to care. A bit disappointed at the service in this hotel.

非常棒～
參加柏林馬拉松所訂的飯店，地點相當不錯，Wittenberg platz 有U1,U2,U3線很方便，四周有百貨，超商，市集等。飯店晚上相當安靜，室內設備不算太老舊，可惜住了六天早餐無變化，另外電梯較小有點老舊，其他都Ok。我住單人房。

Don’t bother
I booked the family room. Absolutely horrid, beds are knackered. Pillows horrid. Couch filthy. Heating rubbish. Bathroom tiny. Electrical sockets duct taped over bunk bed which was stupidly high. Extractor fan broken. Hardly any plug sockets. Basically a dump. Complained and asked to move to one of their refurbished rooms and got charged extra! Those new rooms were fine. If you aren’t staying in one of the newly refurbished rooms don’t bother. I messaged ahead to check that there would be a kettle in my room. They said yes. There was not. The staff were all very nice except one man who I think was the boss. Had a go at me for making a coffee after standing outside with my baby for 45 mins in the freezing cold because their fire alarm went off. Even though the other man told me to help myself.

Disgusting.
Very poor so called hotel? More like a bad hostel. Rooms had a bad stench of sewage throughout our stay. House keeping visited our room once in 5 days never cleaned anything emptied bin and that's it? The toilet was a dirty colour and has never seen any form of bleach. We booked for 7 nights but left after 5 due to the smell and a jack hammer drilling from 8am every morning and when I complained to the manager his reply was builders in Berlin start work at 7:30am but our builders start at 8am if that makes it acceptable. We had breakfast at the hotel twice the first time the toaster was broken and reported it, the second time toaster still not working and waitress replied not working and shrugged her shoulders. There was no bar or public seating areas. We left the hotel 2 days early and booked the premier inn down the road and would definitely not be staying at this hotel again and will be contacting Hotels.com for an explanation as to why they allow such a poor hotel to be listed on their platform.

Localização boa em relação a transportes e zonas de compras. Linhas atendiam bem a deslocamentos. Camas não são tão confortáveis quanto de outros hotéis com posição/custo semelhante. Houve um problema em relação à limpeza, resolvido algumas horas depois de nossa comunicaçãopor parte da atendente/recepção do turno da noite (toalhas hahiam sido retiradas e outros itens estavam em falta). Deixaram a porta do quarto aberta após serviço de limpeza parcial na véspera de nossa saída para outro país. Este fato nos deixou muito desconfortáveis pois estávamos com todas as malas abertas e organizando a saída da Alemanha para outro país. Não tive ainda tempo hábil para verificar se houve contratempo em desdobramento disto.

A estádia foi boa, tudo saiu conforme o planejado. Todos os dias havia limpeza e substituição das toalhas. A comodidade de microondas, pia, frigobar também ajuda bastante. Possue ainda armário grande pra guardar as coisas. Janela contra ruído e aquecedor funcionando normalmente. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático.
