Near the market, but little bit disappointed that we had received the confirmation of upgrade, when we checked in, the reception gave us old rooms which are not remodeled yet( they are being decorated the lower floors) and not to mention the hotel had confirmed our pick up arrangement but forgot to send the van to pick us up, for the reason we waiting out of airport for 20 mins, it's ridiculous. It was totally ruined 1st day of our excursion. Anyway, after showing the email as the proof, we had our rooms( new and decorated ones), the reason is "the guy who's committed the upgrade is different one, he didn't show up that day", but you didn't have record? None sense! We had been upgraded to two dblbed rooms, in the end we got one big bed w/ tub on the bathroom and another room w/ 2 single beds no bathtub, different as the confirmation which sent to me before! The lady who's in charge told me they don't have enough double bed room that day and in the meanwhile we were passing a double bed room w/ door open(new, no one live
there), the lady went close the door before I see it, yet I saw it! Please don't lie to guests, very unconfortable and leave me very awful image. Breakfast is ok, staff is very friendly, new rooms are nice.
