The woman at the reception was extremely rude (but you have received this comment many times and have, apparently - done nothing about it. After checking in, I went to my room, but the key cards did not work. I hauled my luggage down to the receptionist and told her about this. She re-keyed the cards, but came upstairs within to ensure they worked - they did not. She claimed that there was a malfunction with the lock, yet she was able to open the door with her master key card (if there was a malfunction with the lock, then why did her car work and not mine?). So, every time I wanted to get into my room, I had to ask her to open it for me - extremely inconvenient. Secondly: I could not lock on to the wifi. After telling her about this, she gave me a number to call to have this issue fixed. I told her that this was not my problem and that she should do that for me. She refused in the most obnoxious manner, and we started an argument. Now, I am a very quiet person who does not get excited quickly, but the obtuseness, arrogance, and pure incompetence of this woman got on my nerves. My advice to you: If you are concerned about your hotel‘s reputation, sever yourself from this person - she only does you harm.
