We arrived to find out they over sold our room type this resulted in our kids needing sleep on a horrible pull out bed. Incredibly uncomfortable to actually be called a sleeping area is a travesty. I felt horrible and ended up switching places with my children so they could sleep in a king size bed with my wife. This really impacted our trip in a bad way. I also strongly believe that we were given the other room based on our third-party booking.

Great place to stay!
The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was spacious! My only comment is that hotels need to add better lighting in the bathrooms and the rest of the room! This is the second hotel that has very dim lighting. The room was very quiet!

We visited to attend the Patriots Family Fun Day and the hotel was in the perfect location within Patriot Place. Aware from the noise, but close enough to get to everything with ease.
Very clean, well kept property with friendly and super helpful staff.

The bed had dirty sheets. In response to this they send up new sheets for us to clean on our own. It was so dirty and disgusting

LACK OF AIR CONDITION
I reported to the front desk that it was impossible to sleep as the room was so hot and we could not control the air. I explained I am asthmatic and it makes it difficult to breathe. Nothing was done and no one got back to me.
I related the conditions as we checked out and I was offered reward points to my Marriott account! I should have asked for a partial refund for my discomforting you,
