Housekeeping is not cleaning rooms, had to go and get my own toilet paper and sometimes towels, also the gap under the doors are so big you can see eand hear everything from the hallway and the joining rooms also the smell of Marijuana in the elevator and hallways was bad, it was to the point where i almost checked out. The serving staff for breakfast are rude and not very friendly and as soon as the ending of the breakfast she was taking the stuff away and turning guest away from gettingany breakfast it was just 9am when breakfast ended and a guest asked for something and she told them breakfast is over and walked away, we stayed in a Comfort Inn at Harrisonburg VA and it was night and day the difference, no Marijuana smell no gaps under the door clean room and breakfast was out almost an hour past the end of breakfast, Sometimes people ckeck in after midnight after a long drive or long flight and people dont want to get up in a few hours just to have breakfast i think breakfast hours should be extended and have more choices.
