Never go to this hotel!
The guys are not good and they tried what they can to get tips and money from you! They rejected to clean my room since I didn't give tips to them after first day's cleaning! When I asked them to arrange a pre-paid taxi to airport, it asked me to pay 550 rupees; when I said that it was too expensive, it said that 400 will be okay! It bargined with me even I was its customer! After arriving at airport, the driver parked his car and told that he made a mistake----Actually, it was going there to pick up customers; but it didn't want to tell me about that. I didn't mind about the paid money for its car, but it should not lie! The room conditions are not good and it is not worthy of the prices.

Near New Delhi train station 10 min walk
I booked this hotel for the 6:05 a.m. train. Just walked outside to the bigger road and there were auto-rickshaws waiting in front of its sister hotel Ajanta. There were many in the early morning and hire it by yourself would be much cheaper (Rs. 50). Distance to the New Delhi train station (NDLS) is less than 500 meters and is okay to walk to in the early morning. The unhappy side was that I booked the deluxe room but they gave me a standard room. I saw the photos in advance so I knew it. I argued with them. Their attitude was okay but gave me another room that was still a standard room. It was late and I didn't want to argue any more.

It is City Centre~
This is my third time visiting Delhi. Among all the budget hotels that I stayed at, I would say thet Hotel Delhi City Center is the best one I have stayed at. Staff was nice, friendly and make you feel safe. The look of the hotel wasn't quite new as we thought, but when we think about it, it's quite common. The rooms were nice, got all the wishtles and bells and really hot water if you let it run a bit longer~ The restaurant at the sister hotel right next door is very nice. Love the location, few minutes walk to the train station, and it's between two major shopping destination: Connaught place and Chondi Chowk, very convinient. Would definitely recommend people to go there.

Wi-Fiの接続が、とてもよい。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋も(インドの割には)きれい。 エアコンも最新だし(インドのわりに)、メインバザールまで15分くらいでいけるし、この値段だとコスパ高いと思います(もっと高くて汚いホテルいっぱいある)。 ただ、ホテルの名前が違っていたので気をつけた方が良いです(アジャンタホテルでした)。

Not as expected
I booked the hotel at the hotel.com but the receptionist said that they didn't receive any money. The receptionist said they would ask the Hotel.com to refund the money to me while I had to pay cash. I hope they have done what they have said. My first impression wasn't great since I have to keep changing room. When I first got to the room, there was no door lock at the door. Then they gave me another room, and there was no correct key at the room. Until they gave me the third room, things were settled. I asked about the Wi-fi but it was in construction. So I stayed whole night without using Wifi. (It worked again on the next day).

Disappointed
The staff at the sister property across the alley are nice to deal with specifically the sales person/manager and head waiter. Most staff at this actual hotel were unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. 1. My Orbitz/Expedia booking lists that we receive free buffet breakfast each day for the 2 guests (myself and girlfriend). The first morning the front desk told us there was no buffet and that we must order a room service breakfast. When we ordered we discovered that only 1 continental breakfast is free, we were charged 250 rupees for coffee and my girlfriends breakfast. Later in the day we went over to the sister property and the manager told us we were to be eating the buffet there each morning per our booking. When I asked for a refund from the manager back at our hotel he refused to give us our money back. 2. One day I ordered 2 bottled waters up to the room. It took over 45 minutes and 2 calls to front desk to receive them. The waters cost 40 rupee and when I handed the man a 100 bill he asked if I needed change. I said "of course I do, I am not going to tip you more than the waters actually cost for just walking them up here and also because I ordered them a long time ago". He scoffs at me and gives me a disgusted look. 15 minutes later he comes back up with my change and apologizes. 3. The hotel price is very good but even for that I expect a certain level of hygiene that was certainly missing from the room.

駅、繁華街に近くフレンドリーな従業員がいるホテル
きっかけはニューデリー駅から日帰りで早朝出発（6時過ぎ）、夜到着（23時過ぎ）を2日間利用するので駅近くを探していた。周囲には食べ物やバザールも徒歩圏なので立地重視で予約した。ただ寝るだけと思い価格もそれなりだった事もあるのですが、良い意味で期待は裏切られました。まずC/I時、時間より早く着いてしまったのに嫌な顔せず、ウェルカムで向かい入れて頂き非常にスムースな手続きでした。ウェルカムドリンク（チャイ）まで出して頂きました。とにかく従業員の方がフレンドリーで全く英語しゃべれない私でも何とか快適に過ごせるよう身振り手振り若しくは自ら行動で対応して頂きました。毎日顔を合わせれば挨拶するし地元の地図に観光名所書いてくれたり（無料）ととにかく親切でした。設備建物自体は少々古いですが、エアコンも効いてバス・トイレ・シーツなど毎日綺麗に清掃されており、ただ寝るだけだと勿体無い位でした。周囲は食べ物やコンビニ風もあり非常に便利。一番の目的のロケーションはニューデリー駅まで10分弱で行ける事、バザールも10分少々、地下鉄ニューデリー駅は線路を渡るが15分位あれば移動出来る。空港からのアクセスも良く、本当に好立地。強いてウィークポイントをあげるとすれば、部屋でWi－Fiが使用出来なかった事くらいでロビーでは使えたので全く問題なかった。もしインドに次行く機会があれば、是非また利用したい宿です。

Hotel City Centre
Hotel was a little difficult to find. The area was noisy, but typical New Delhi. The staff was very polite and gave me a complimentary upgrade (business was slow). The room was not very clean, but based on the rest of Delhi, it was average. The most annoying part of my stay was trying to book a tour to Agra. The agent connect with the hotel was rude and pushy. I finally went with another travel agent who gave me a better deal and the exact trip I wanted without trying to add extras. Food in the restaurant was pretty good and the location was very close to the metro and railway station.

Worst hotel with racism remarks
I booked room in this hotel for my in-laws who are from Haryana and when they went for check in, hotel manager says that they don't give room to Haryana/Punjab people that was very racist comment and said that since you are old, I am showing pity on you by giving this room, what kind of manager is he? We are paying full money so don't need his sympathy or pity. if that's the case, they should have mentioned it on their site. Also other hotel staff were not professional, they don't know how to transfer call to hotel room and instead of saying it called our parents to reception and sometime keep us waiting on call and then hang up. I am seriously very disappointed with the hotel and its staff and would not recommend it to any one.

何かと便利
ホテルが立ち並ぶ道から、10mほど路地に入った所にありますが、看板が出ているので見つけるのは難しくはないと思います。買い物にも便利です。また、ニューデリー駅まで徒歩10分くらいです。 部屋や設備は新しくはないですが、意外に清潔でした。ただシャワーのお湯が出なかった日があったので、覚悟が必要です。また冷蔵庫はありますが、冷たくなりませんでした。 安全で、便利、シャワーは運に任せるとして、私はまた泊まりたいと思いした。

the standard of this hotel has been going down because management is not spending on maintenance of this hotel...mattresses are very bad..linen just about ok. rooms are average. laundry and food is expensive. STAFF is very good and responds to ur problems..but they too have a limit...anyway i am not choosing this hotel next time

We had to change the hotel to hotel Ajenta which belongs to same ownership, little better !paid 7800 rs more for 4 days. Delhi city hotel is very old and only basic. If u want to just sleep , go for it . Reception area looks like store room !!

Good location but not clean.
Room and bedding were not clean. Looked nothing like the pictures on the booking.com page. Never again. Right next to an open air wedding venue. Very loud music until 03.00. NO sleep!
