Nice family spot
Nice enough for a quick night with the family. Breakfast was good start to the day. Elevator showing some wear. Difficult to figure out how to turn on the shower.. gave up. No time to problem solve. They seemed like good hosts for the other families in town for a hockey tournament.

Comfortable beds, horrible breakfast.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean really clean. The breakfast is not worth paying the $8 for the upgrade. The eggs are gross, the sausage and the bacon were severely undercooked and the breakfast potato’s were bland (no seasonings at all). Stick to the continental breakfast that’s included and just get a bagel or go off the premise. The elevator is rather sketch and we actually got stuck in it with two other couples. Maintenance was able to get us out quickly but it’s best to just take the stairs. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. I had thankfully brought cleaner with me and cleaned the tub and ran the jets. Tons of dirt build up came out of the jets so if you want to book those rooms just bring cleaner and run a couple cycles first as they are cleaning the tubs surface but not taking the time to clean inside the jets.

BEDBUG ISSUE
I checked in on January 31st, 2025 and checked out on February 2nd. I am suffering a lot from about 30 bites last night due to bed bugs in my room. The hotel will have to disinfect and clean the bedding. I will leave a review because other prospective customers will definitely refer to this.

Thumbs up.
Stay was great, I stay often. I just wish the gym equipment worked. I went to use the elliptical and it didn’t work, I turned on the treadmill and it crashed out. The padding on the one machine, could use some love.

Will do it again.
The room and bed very very clean and of high quality. The jacuzzi tub was nice to warm up in after a day of -20C with the wind chill. Front desk and breakfast were great.

Disappointed.
Was an OK stay. Was a 2 night get away with my husband. Signs all over that was newly renovated our room certainly was not. Room was tired and needs some loving, The sink in our bathroom didn't not drain well all at all. We did mention this on check out. We got a room with a jetted tub. Again was very tired looking and 3 of the jets were not working. Was disappointing. Breakfast was very disappointing. We decided to pay the 8 dollars each and upgrade on the free. Do not do this. First off no ham. Eggs were just warm. Potatoes were obviously pre cooked and barely warmed up. No decaf coffee. My husband drinks this for medical reasons. We have stated here before but pretty sure we will not be staying here again.

Room with noise from hwy 400
We stayed in room 324, king size bed and jet bath. The room was big, clean, and nice, however very noisy at night. It did not have sound proof windows, even if facing busy hwy 400. Huge disapintment. Not recommended.

Thoughtful and Friendly Staff
Very clean, staff were friendly and thoughtful. With a cast on my foot they put us in a 1st floor room and let us into breakfast when we were a few minutes early.
