Find somewhere else
First the air in the room only blew cold air regardless of what you did with the thermostat. The carpets were filthy and trash was on the floors up and down the entire hallway. The room had carpet edging in the closet hanging loose off the wall. There were repairs done to the wall in the bathroom that was not completed. Drywall not painted. They charged 100 deposit for incidentals. I was moved to another room. The closet door was splintered into pieces and again the infamous unfinished dry wall repair on the wall. There was a nice space in the room where the desk was. Problem was there was no chairs, sofa or anywhere to sit. I heard loud voices outside my room. I opened the door and found half naked people pushing each other up and down the hallway on the luggage dolly. There was exposed wiring in the room to one of the outlets. No cover over the outlet which in the state of Florida is a code violation with the Fire Marshall. I first stayed at this hotel. In 2011 and it was an excellent hotel. I stayed there many times through the years. It was bought out by someone and is now a trash heap. It is right across the street from a major truck stop and the people hanging around were not people I would want to socialize with. I canceled my reservation and moved to another hotel. This hotel was charging 200.00 per night and should not have been charging 25.00.

At check in, our bathroom had water all over the floor, and the toilet was running. Moved into another room, no major issues. No dairy room service. Did request clean towels, what we got were not pretty. Towels were stained and quite thin. The bed was old and sagging towards the middle. Bedding was substandard.

Don’t stay here
Room was dirty , sheets were stained and bath towels were ripped and stained this place is one star above section 8 housing and that’s being kind. Definitely wouldn’t stay here in the future.

I can not recommend this hotel
This hotel is the must dirty one I have been at for a very long time. A very run down hotel that got some paint without repairing it. The room was so dirty and so was the walkways to the rooms. Air condition was very loud even turned off and smelled. Breakfast was of very low quality. I can not recommend this hotel, not even for free. Disappointing that it got 8,6 rating.

Bad location and dirty, poorly kept.
Condition of property was very poor. Old should not necessarily mean dirty. Observed an employee sweeping floor in dining area with broom, then take same broom and sweep crumbs off a table top to floor with the broom. I remained in the dining room for about another 30 min and that table was never washed after dirty broom was used on table. This was just disgusting!! Should demanded my money back.

The roommate of the property is normally under $100. During Hurricane Milton the room rate was over $250 which is Ludacris and unacceptable to do to local residents who are not on vacation but we're told to evacuate
