Discovered this place a couple years back and it is my go to every time I am in the San Juan area. The staff is extremely helpful. It has everything that you would need,hot running water in very cold AC. Free parking and walking access to the beach. There is a common kitchen which is extremely convenient to keep beverages and leftovers. It will continue to be my go to when I am in the San Juan area. By no means is it a 5 star hotel.But the amenities that it does provide more than makes up for it. When I go to visit the area, all I need is a place to sleep with cold AC. And that is provided.Rooms have always been spotless. Earplugs are provided but the noise does not bother me. After all, you are in the midst of everything,walking distance to multiple eateries pharmacies etc.

You get what you pay for. Once you get comfortable, it’s a great location. You can walk to beach, grocery store and many restaurants. Ubers are inexpensive and get you everywhere else you want to go. There hot water is luke warm at best. We will return.

Amazing
My stay at this hotel was just perfect, the girl at the front desk was really nice. Parking is behind the hotel which was just perfect. the beach is around walking distance back of the hotel. Your near everything like pharmacy , restaurants, casinos.

Out of the box
The hotel is dated. Needs a renovation, however the ladies were very nice and assisted us with our issues, much appreciated. We only stayed one night to be closer to the airport. Its not luxury, but it served our purpose. My husband said he slept very well. We had stayed in 2 other hotels and he said he had a better sleep here. The bed was good.

We loved my stay. The staff was so friendly. There is common kitchenn to use. And it was a great location. The accommodations are modest. Bed and sheets were nice and clean. We will definitely come back.
