The service of the front desk is limited and very strict in their policies, do not expect any flexibility on check-in time, no complimentary early check-in available. They would also refuse to help customer to bring things back to the room from the front desk.
I am certain that they have some operational issues within. I accidentally left a shirt on the sofa in the room, but didn’t realized until I unpacked my suitcase when I arrived home. I was 100% sure that I have left it in the room, I called back and asked if they have found it left in the room, but the front desk claimed that they didn’t see it and someone had already occupied the room in the afternoon. So I am questioning what their house keeping team did with lost & found item.
