Fantastic quiet hotel with great service and food
The Cubes is a modern clean hotel with comfortable beds and amazing views. The service provided by the team is fantastic and they will do and arrange anything to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is out of town and is very quiet. Nice if you want to get away from the buzz of Ella. It’s a short Tuk Tuk ride away, which again the team will organise (500lkr each way). We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast there as well and would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

An absolutely wonderful stay.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Cubes Ella. The rooms are lovely, with Kool artwork and cosy lighting for the evening. The view from my balcony was also amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, anything you needed help with they were there straight away. The breakfast is delicious, definitely I recommend to try the Sri Lankan and Continental Western options. The hotel is about 8mins from Ella town by Tuk Tuk, the hotel arranged these for you very easily and they appear in moments. Area around the hotel is peaceful and perfect. If I visit Ella again I’ll definitely be staying here.

Lugnt och naturnära
Ett superfint hotell som är nybyggt. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var väldigt god. Det ligger en liten bit från centrala Ella.

Great find in Ella
Really helpful and friendly staff. Even lent me some money(!) until I could get to an atm. Offered advice to local area and considering the remote location in Ella it’s a really superb little hotel and highly recommend.

Schönes kleines Hotel. Noch keine zwei Jahre alt. Alles noch wie neu. Das einzige was man ändern bzw beschreiben sollte, ist die sehr sehr steile Auffahrt zum parkplatz/Eingang.

Property is located pretty close to Nine Arch bridge and Ella Rock. They had a professional staff who greeted us with a nice Sri Lankan smile. Everything is clean and well maintained according to American standards. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay and we will be definitely visiting back with our other American friends in the upcoming summer breaks!

Wij verbleven als koppel 2 nachten in een Deluxe kamer. Het kleine hotel is nog maar een jaar oud en in een geweldige staat. De inrichting is modern, heel sfeervol, en de lobby en het eetterras zijn open met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer met balkon was heerlijk met een goed bed. Het ontbijt was zeer speciaal en compleet. Onze complimenten aan dit hotel en het vriendelijke personeel. We zouden het iedereen aanraden.

Wonderful establishment!! Very clean, comfortable size balcony. In room, affordable dining. Great 2nd Floor restaurant area. The view faces East, and you can catch a great sunrise coming over the top of the nearby adjacent mountains. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. You'll really like it!!!! NOTE: Depending on which direction you're coming from, there's a bridge being replaced, so you might have to go around thru the small tunnel

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely welcoming and accomodating. The hotel and the room were very clean and there was air conditioning. There was a lovely balcony with stunning views. The internet was very good and the tv worked very well. The dinner and breakfast were also very delicious and there were various options available. Overall the stay was amazing and the service was outstanding. Definitely value for money would definitely recommend and stay again.😊

Ein sehr neues Hotel, ca. 6 Monate alt. Modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht in die Berge. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Das Personal was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles insgesamt sehr unkompliziert.

Struttura nuova (aperta da aprile 2023) molto carina e ben arredata. Immediatamente sopra il centro di Ella (appena 5 minuti di tuk tuk). Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. Sono tanti ragazzi e tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Struttura super consigliata!
